We will respond within 3 hours to a request for poor equipment performance or a breakdown from customers anywhere in the world. And the solution will be offered within 8 hours.

Pre-sales service:
We will always offer professional advice and assistance in the selection of equipment, equipment, choice of delivery form, etc.

Service during sales:
We will periodically report on the production process, and we will also answer any customer question regarding the availability of the equipment ordered. In addition, we accept any requests for changes to the working specifications during production. Under the order and for an additional fee we can deliver the necessary details with the courier.

Delivery of equipment abroad:
Drawing machine: 120 days.
Intermediate drawing machine: 70 days, intermediate wire drawing machine for several wires: 100 days
Slitting machine: 65 days, fine wire drawing machine for several wires: 100 days
Continuous annealing continuous furnace: 65 days
Receiving mechanism: 45 days

After-sales service
We offer 1 year warranty for our equipment. During the warranty period we offer free diagnostics of faults and replacement of spare parts for free, in case of problems with the quality of the equipment. The cost of delivery of equipment is paid by the client, and also if necessary, call our specialists for troubleshooting. Also we offer services to update the software of our equipment for free.
